Strain specific NCR3 expression analysis in B-hNCR3 mice by flow cytometry. Splenocytes were collected from wild-type C57BL/6 mice and B-hNCR3 mice, and analyzed by flow cytometry with anti-NCR3 antibody. Human NCR3 was exclusively detectable on T cells and NK cells in B-hNCR3 mice but not in wild-type mice.
